Keller Williams has a very strong culture demonstrated by each person in the organization. Throughout my career, I’ve come in contact with many companies who had outstanding mission statements and visions. The difference between KW and some other companies is that leadership truly follows its mission, vision and values. I’ve found that the values and beliefs of the company coincide with those I’ve had for many years.
