Caroline Mendez – Consulting Member

Background, Career Summary and Experience

Since 1988 when Caroline and her husband moved to Duluth, GA, Caroline has been engaged in a number of interesting, diverse careers.  In the 1990’s, she had a career in High-Tech in Systems Engineering, realized the burnout factor, and began the great American dream of business ownership.  After several years of independent consulting, she realized she was a “coach” and began business and personal coaching entrepreneurs, CPAs, Lawyers, Financial Planners, and other professionals, to achieve their vision.  It’s during this career that she and Peter Tennis met.  Early in 2010, she and Peter agreed that being a consulting Team Member under the auspices of KW Commercial was the right fit. She is thrilled to be back in real estate, on the commercial side, creating the strategy and multi-media efforts for Peter and the team.
